Important notice: In XP SP3, Microsoft has made user account “policy changes” which sets a default to only allow administrators to connect using terminal services that may result in the error Microsoft message: "The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively". To overcome these changes the administrator needs to adjust user account settings to add them into "Remote Desktop Users" groups.
